Brad Van Amberg brings a rare combination of financial and real estate expertise to business brokerage. With a B.S. in Accounting and an early career as an auditor at Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte), followed by years as a Corporate Controller, he reads financial statements fluently.

A former mortgage branch manager and owner of Van Amberg Realty, Brad understands valuation, financing, and what makes a business worth buying. At Cardin Business Brokers, he applies that background to representing buyers and sellers of businesses generally valued between $500K and $50M, with a particular focus on the financial and deal-structuring side of each transaction.
